Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed in the Jumpeleon mobile game (the “Game”), offered by Serra Sadır under the Zorse Studio brand. Users in Türkiye can find further detail in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Summary
The Game has no server of its own and no account system. We do not ask for your email or card details. Your progress stays on your device. We use Google Firebase for usage and crash data, and Google and Apple services for ads, leaderboards and purchases.
Stored on your device
Birth year, best score, coin balance, purchased skins, daily streak, the optional player name you enter and settings such as sound, haptics and colorblind mode are kept only on your device. Your birth year and player name are not sent to us. If you delete the Game this data is deleted, including purchased coins and skins.

Ads and tracking choices
Ads are shown only when you choose to watch them. For players aged 13 and over, an ad consent form may appear depending on region, and on iOS tracking permission may be requested. If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown and the Game works the same. You can change your choice in the in-game Settings > Privacy Choices, where offered, or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Children
The Game is open to players of all ages. On first launch we ask for your birth year; it is stored only on your device. For players under 13, personalized ads, tracking permission and Firebase Analytics are off, and ad requests are marked as child-directed. For these players Crashlytics is used only to keep the Game working and fix errors. Purchases are subject to Apple's family and parental controls. If you have a data request about your child, write to us.
Retention and deletion
We hold no account that can be matched to your name. Data on your device is deleted when you delete the Game. Firebase data is subject to Google's retention periods and our account settings; Crashlytics records are kept for about 90 days. For Game Center scores and advertising data, use the settings of the relevant company or write to us for help.
International users
EU, EEA and UK: We process data on the basis of contract to provide leaderboards and purchases, legitimate interests for analytics and crash reporting, non-personalized ads and security, and your consent for personalized ads. You can withdraw consent at any time and complain to your local data protection authority.
United States: We do not sell personal data for money. Personalized advertising through Google may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws; you can opt out using the ad choices above.
Transfers: Our service providers may process data outside your country, particularly in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to complain. Send requests to info@zorsestudio.com. As there are no accounts, we may be unable to identify you within the Game; in that case we will direct you to the relevant provider.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page.
