Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Jumpeleon (the “Game”) you accept these terms. If you got the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.
Use
You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify or copy the Game, use cheats or manipulate leaderboards. If you do, scores may be removed.
Coins and skins
Coins and skins are virtual items used only within the Game. They have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out or transferred. They are stored only on the device you use: they may be lost, and may not be restorable, if you delete the Game or change devices.
Mystery Box
The Mystery Box is opened with coins and gives you one skin at random from those you do not yet own. The odds are shown in the Game before you open the box.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before buying. Items are delivered immediately after you confirm the purchase, so the right of withdrawal cannot be used to the extent permitted by law. Refund requests are subject to the store's rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. For items not delivered, write to info@zorsestudio.com.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. The reward is given when the ad is completed. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content.
Player name
Do not use names that are offensive, unlawful or infringe the rights of others.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards run on Apple Game Center; your nickname and score are visible to other players. We do not guarantee that leaderboards will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Intellectual property
The Game's visuals, sounds, software and trademarks belong to Serra Sadır (Zorse Studio) or its licensors.
Changes and liability
The Game, prices and economy may be updated, or the service may end. The Game is provided “as is”; subject to mandatory law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights, including the right of consumers in Türkiye to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
